From the research I have seen? Yes.
That is partially how Trump won the first time. That company in Britain, Cambridge Analytica, knew, & could calculate precisely how folks would vote, and what stimulus was needed to shift their vote to Trump.
Even that ghoul at the WEF Klaus Schwabb has said elections aren't really that necessary since they have so much meta data they already know who society wants to be the leader at anyone time. . . which of course, begs the question, how "real," are elections, and isn't it obvious now that they are more and more rigged all over the planet?
I have seen and read a bit on how these companies that traffic in meta data can figure an astoundingly scary amount of information about you, that seems unrelated to the data that they possess on you.
And that was a decade ago. I have no doubt the tech has only gotten better, with better and more tweaked algos.
