Yet he must follow established criminal rights. I wonder if this will be appealed upwards. He isn't. He exercising his power as president. Deporting illegal aliens is one of those powers.

You posted:"Plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed to halt deportations under a rarely-used 18th century wartime law invoked by President Donald Trump asked a federal judge Monday to force officials to explain under oath whether they violated his court order by removing more than 200 people from the country after it was issued and celebrating it on social media.
The motion marks another escalation in the battle over Trump’s aggressive opening moves in his second term, several of which have been temporarily halted by judges. Trump’s allies have raged over the holds and suggested he does not have to obey them, and some plaintiffs have said it appears the administration is flouting court orders.
On Saturday night, District Judge James E. Boasberg ordered the administration not to deport anyone in its custody over the newly-invoked Alien Enemies Act, which has only been used three times before in U.S. history, all during congressionally-declared wars. Trump issued a proclamation that the 1798 law was newly in effect due to what he claimed was an invasion by the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.
Trump’s invocation of the act could allow him to deport any noncitizen he says is associated with the gang, without offering proof or even publicly identifying them. The plaintiffs filed their suit on behalf of several Venezuelans in U.S. custody who feared they’d be falsely accused of being Tren de Aragua members and improperly removed from the country.'

Judge questions Trump administration on whether it ignored order to turn around deportation flights
A federal judge on Monday was incredulous at the contention by the Trump administration that his directive to turn around deportation flights wasn't binding because it was made verbally.apnews.com
The only way to confront tyranny is with facts and the truth.
The demand that the deportees be returned was not in writing in the order... he gave a verbal order after he learned the planes took off.... so too bad fo da judge...."Plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed to halt deportations under a rarely-used 18th century wartime law invoked by President Donald Trump asked a federal judge Monday to force officials to explain under oath whether they violated his court order by removing more than 200 people from the country after it was issued and celebrating it on social media.

Except that they did.when I didn't commit one.
Prove those people were from a gang. This sort of stuff just keeps causing the voting public to hate Democrats even more. 90% of the people want these South American gangs out of the United States or at Guantanamo Bay. Yet, here are Democrats siding with the gangs. Tells you a lot about the belief system of Democrats that they are cultists who love death and destruction over a civil society. Trump is fighting this and he will win.
Due process only applies when someone is being deprived of life, liberty and property. Illegal aliens aren't being imprisoned, they're being sent home.Due process.
DERP!!!
By FAR.Due process is more American than Elon Musk.
I don't have a clue. The judge did. What rights have been violated?
yes.does any of this apply to non-citizens
Yeah, wherever the historians live after the USA falls.I foresee the MAGA Admin will now ignore and judges it doesn't like. History will remember when we crossed the Rubicon.
All persons in US territory have due process rights. Even you.Due process only applies when someone is being deprived of life, liberty and property. Illegal aliens aren't being imprisoned, they're being sent home.
No rights were violated. The judge is trying to legislate from the bench.I don't have a clue. The judge did.
But they won't. How much did Joe use his unlimited power granted by SC(r)OTUS?If this admin can ignore the courts the next can as well.
That did not happen.Such as the last admin?
Yes you are definitely saying that. Thats why the admin would have had to appeal it.No rights were violated. The judge is trying to legislate from the bench.
Anyone that's being prosecuted for a crime and is facing prison time, yes. Illegal aliens aren't going to prison. They're being sent home. They have no right to come to The United States. All persons in US territory have due process rights. Even you.
Thats why Gitmo was opened: not US territory.
