No. It'll etch concrete. You have to wear gloves, face protection and be careful not to breath the fumes. I'm surprised it's sold. VERY dangerous

had to ask ai, it's actually hydrochloric acid used to adjust the PH of your pool that with chlorine and other factors can eventually make it too alkaline.
neighbor when I was a kid had a nice in ground pool but I remember her dad telling me how much of a pain in the ass it was to keep up
every year it had to be drained and filled with a tanker truck....$$ then as the above playing with chemicals to adjust the PH
