About Those J6 “People”

Thank you for confirming you're lying again. I already showed that clip in its entirety which includes the context your editing cuts out where Obama went on to say both parties lean in favor of their party and the something should be done to curb it.
Are you saying the democrats in Chicago did not control the voting machines? Democrats must have been in charge of the voting machines in Colorado in 2020 since they sentenced Tina Peters to 9 years in prison for examining the machines without their permission. Peters did find evidence of fraud, BTW. I'm sure if voting machines are used in Russia they are also controlled by one corrupt party.

PEACEFULLY.
Epps played the part well. He whipped up some fervor and ran with the mob he was inciting toward the Capitol and through the barricades. Hundreds of protesters were arrested within days. It was years before the FBI apparently figured out who Ray Epps was.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals
In a surprise ruling, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday overruled District Judge Emmet Sullivan and ordered him to accept the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

The D.C. Circuit Court did not mention any pardon for their reason to dismiss.
They ruled Sullivan had to dismiss the case because he lacked the authority to override the Executive branch, not because Flynn was innocent as you falsely stated.

But it didn't end there. That was just a panel of that Court that ruled 2-1 against Sullivan. Sullivan asked for a full court ruling and if I recall, it was 8-2 reversing the panel's decision.

It's no strange coincidence you can't name a single leftist rioter there that day. Do ever post anything that's truthful?
I admit I cannot tell you which rioters were pro-Trump and which were pro-democrat but so what? Democrats cannot tell either.

Don’t you read your own posts?

He whipped up nothing. The video shows those people telling him to **** off

  1. Most January 6 defendants were arrested, charged, and processed through the federal court system, with hundreds pleading guilty and many receiving trials and sentences, demonstrating that the legal system functioned in accordance with due process standards factually.cofactually.co+2. Key aspects of due process included:
    • Grand Jury Indictments: Charges were brought by grand juries, ensuring impartial review 搜狐搜狐.
    • Plea Options: Defendants could plead guilty voluntarily before a judge, safeguarding against coerced confessions 搜狐搜狐.
    • Trial by Jury: Those who did not plead guilty had the right to a jury trial, with evidence evaluated beyond a reasonable doubt 搜狐搜狐.
    • Appeals: Convicted individuals could appeal, and some convictions were reversed, reflecting the system’s corrective mechanisms 搜狐搜狐.
    • Legal Representation: Defendants had access to attorneys to mount a defense 搜狐搜狐.
    • Ethical Prosecution: Government prosecutors were bound by professional ethics 搜狐搜狐.
Some defendants were denied bail based on federal judges’ assessments of flight risk or danger to the community, a lawful but sometimes controversial practice factually.cofactually.co. Reports also documented harsh conditions in D.C. jails, including extended solitary confinement, delayed medical care, and limited access to basic necessities, which raised concerns about humane treatment factually.cofactually.co+1. Investigations by the U.S. Marshals Service led to some improvements, though disputes over the severity and politicization of these conditions persisted factually.cofactually.co+1.

Claims that defendants were broadly denied due process have been refuted by legal experts, including University of Alabama law professor Joyce Vance, who emphasized that the defendants received all procedural protections guaranteed under U.S. law 搜狐搜狐. However, advocacy groups and some defendants argued that pressure to accept plea deals and prolonged pretrial detention created real due-process concerns factually.cofactually.co+1.

On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued sweeping pardons and commutations for nearly 1,600 January 6 defendants, citing overcharging, harsh treatment, and alleged denial of due process The White HouseThe White House. This action ended ongoing imprisonment for many and dismissed pending indictments, though it remains a politically charged measure rather than a judicial determination of due process violations The White HouseThe White House.

While the mainstream record shows that January 6 defendants were processed through the federal legal system with access to trials, pleas, and appeals, documented complaints about jail conditions, pretrial detention, and plea pressures indicate that some due-process and humane-treatment issues were real and contested. Overall, the claim that defendants were universally denied due process is inaccurate, though scrutiny of detention practices and jail conditions remains warranted factually.cofactually.co+2.

So much for your whining about lack of due process

Now will you shit the **** up?

ANTIFA are masked. Did you ever think about that? How do you identify masked thugs? They were allowed to be quite prolific due to Democrat policies and Corruption. I remember when they attacked that courthouse in Portland. They were going to burn it down. Because they wear masks they got away with it. I thought there was a law against mask wearing.
January 6th was a setup.

Judge Sullivand refused the court ordered dismissal, forcing the boondoggle case to be unjustly prolonged util Trump pardoned Flynn in order to force the demented judge to let him go as he had been ordered.

President Donald Trump reacted within minutes, tweeting that the ruling in favor of his first national security adviser, whom the president has repeatedly claimed was investigated and prosecuted unfairly, was "Great!"

Special counsel Robert Mueller charged Flynn with one count of lying to federal investigators in late 2017 – a charge to which Flynn twice pleaded guilty. Critics allege his case is an example of alleged politicization of the Justice Department under Trump and Attorney General William Barr.

The three-judge appeals court panel ruled 2-1 in granting Flynn's motion to overrule Sullivan, with Trump-appointee Judge Neomi Rao authoring the majority opinion for the order -- spelling out how the court believes Judge Sullivan overstepped his authority by appointing an outside former judge to argue against the Justice Department and Flynn's legal team.

"A hearing cannot be used as an occasion to superintend the prosecution’s charging decisions, because “authority over criminal charging decisions resides fundamentally with the Executive, without the involvement of—and without oversight power in—the Judiciary," Rao writes.

Rao also notes the recent evidence surfaced by the Justice Department's separate review of the case should give it the freedom to revisit the integrity of the overall prosecution.

"Each of our three coequal branches should be encouraged to self-correct when it errs. If evidence comes to light calling into question the integrity or purpose of an underlying criminal investigation, the Executive Branch must have the authority to decide that further prosecution is not in the interest of justice,"

No, the corrupt weaponized Biden Justice Department persecuted those arrested before prosecuting them, a fact well documents but adamantly denied by the corrupt demons who committed the human rights violations against their political opponents.

Ray Epps said to be peaceful. You want to prosecute someone for saying to go to the Capitol peacefully? You sure?
Only after the crowd outed him did he start speaking the words peaceful. Before the crowd outed him he was speaking like a manipulator and deceiver.
