Parliament just decriminalised abortion in the UK. Women cant be jailed for habing an abortion under any circumstances.

This is probably a reaction to the crazy going on in magaland.

I didnt realise this was still a thing until some poor woman was arrested a few years ago.

Its a great day and for once the nutters lost.

What a stupid nonsense. No one can remember "nothing". Do you remember what you did do a million years ago? The Christian religion needs by the way not a concept like a soul which is independent from a body. Body and soul are a unity. With the body dies the soul - but not the spirit, the notes of the soul and all the songs of this soul. What also never dies is what had happened. Perhaps one day - a short or long time after our death - we will live again in a body of light - and in or with god. This is our hope.

The problem in case of abortion: About 120 years human life - in a very best case - wiped out. Who has the right to do so without to know who and what really was destroyed - forever? What would be our world without Kepler, Newton and Einstein for example? Where would we be now?

24 weeks is not long enough and I am glad to see "beyond".
