All federal agencies that carry on law enforcement should be abolished. The only Fed LE I think we should keep are the US Marshals and Border Patrol, but there should not be another Fed Agency with weapons and unilateral police powers. If the FBI was to remain, it should only exist to assist the states and should not have arrest authority.

We could and should get rid of the ATF, DEA, and any other agency's armed personnel.
