Is it me or is it almost always a girl that delivers these responses to donald trump's state of the union?

For people who don't know what a woman is, they seem to pick them frequently for these events.

Alex Padilla will deliver the spanish version of the response. I'm surprised they don't say Alex Padilla will deliver the response and Spanberger will deliver the English version.
