Apparently they are pretty desperate for ratings,and actually believe the American people find what goes on in the American Idol show is newsworthy!http://www.drudgereport.com/mattid.htm

FOX believes ABC has interviewed a half a dozen losing contestants -- contestants who will claim AMERICAN IDOL producers and judges somehow manipulate the show's outcome!

DOH! Isn't that the entire point of the show! For them to narrow down the finalists to those THEY think should be the finalists?
