People who fight against the conservative agenda all view themselves as heroic rebels, or as the true patriots of American Democracy, while their agenda, especially those of the far left betray a more authoritarian methodology where no dissension or opposition or argument outlining differences of opinion, even when presented logically, is permitted. This is the behavior more of an entrenched oligarchy rather than a group of freedom fighters. We all, Americans, claim to be freedom fighters. We all view ourselves as heroic rebels and because we are aware of that, many Americans therefore try to confiscate or use that notion to their advantage. Let’s get this straight. No one who enforces and demands without exception practices or beliefs upon a population that is outside the prescribed law of the nation, the US Constitution, is a freedom fighter. That’s just another bad guy; and bad guys are what true freedom fighters of American democracy have been fighting against.
Everything Trump has done to regain the presidency has been within the prescribed law of the land, and he has been duly elected by most Americans in a process that is the law of the land. They who protest him are really protesting the process of American democracy that brought him to power. These people have created their own idea of the enemies of freedom and have named it the conservative agenda as personified by Trump. Again, this is their own creation, their own fabrication of what the enemies of freedom look like, which allows them to apply their own labels, often stupidly as when they use the terms Nazi or fascists to justify their cause in the most extreme way they can, but that obviously failed. So, they are regrouping, but it’ll just be more of the same. They are fighting against what they claim they are fighting for.
