I like that he has given RFKjr. carte blanche on investigating the nexus of government and corporate power corruption.
I have always had a big problem with the fascistic relationship between government and corporations which threaten the civil rights and civil liberties, (and apparently health,) of the average person since learning about it at uni.
I just wish every administrative department would do this, especially the DoD. Somehow, I just don't think Trump's benefactor Musk would ever allow that.

True, he is very selfish when it comes to that. He has been stealing wins from democrats for awhile now, which is why their approval rating is the lowest in US history. He simply refuses to share, which has done them significant harm. Its not fair.

I am not sure what Trump's beliefs are because he folds like a cheapsuit to GOP resistance. For instance, I believe Trump wants to protect medicaid but I also believe that he will sell those people out in a heartbeat if that is what it takes to get the Anarchist Caucus in the House onboard. He can scream "Fight Fight Fight" but Trump just doesn't have any personal fight in him.

I used to be a free trade fundie....The error of those ways is now obvious.
You cannot have free trade with people who don't have free trade with you, and you certainly can't do so when they use slave labor and steal your intellectual property....I'm down with "You get the same deal that we get with you".

Tightly controlled borders...That makes me a "bordertarian" in many circles.
Though I'm for open borders in practice and principle, I'm also with Milton Friedman on this one: You can either have open borders or a welfare state, you cannot have both...Until the welfare state is trashed, there needs to be tight border security and immigration law.
