Why have they been soooooooooo hated over the centuries and even today.

Are there multiple reasons or just one underlying one, and are those reasons deserved?

Some simply say things like the Holocaust never happened and disagree with my statement. But what many probably don't know is, everything that happened to them in the Holocaust happened to the Jews in Europe century, after century, after century. That's right, Jews were, on more than one occasion, kicked out of entire countries repeatedly. They stole from the Jews, they put them in ghettos, and made them wear special garb so they could be identified for oppression, and rounded up and murdered time and time again, all before the Holocaust.

Are they the most persecuted people on earth? If not, who has endured more?

What I find the most weird, however, is how the right and left almost seems to come together on their hatred of Jews.

Creepy.

They loyally believe in G-d that's why. It's about actions not thoughts and that intimidates some people I suspect.

In addition, there are some people of faith who view Jews as their enemies. This is the primary challenge Israel has. There are International powerful governments who happily fund Israels enemies. Luckily for them, their intelligence services and IDF were not naive about this risk (though they seemingly were about Hamas) and thus they isolated and destroyed these threats individually. This had to have shocked the backers of Iran and their proxies in the region

They loyally believe in God?

Have you read the book of Jeremiah?

Have you seen Jews in America polled who are mostly agnostic or atheist?

Try again.

Why are Jews so hated?

And please, don't limit this conversation to hatred of the Jews in our present day, it goes much deeper.

MUCH DEEPER.

Here is a link to help explain this to you.

Many ponder how the Holocaust could have come about, but from my vantage point it was just a natural climax that the Nazi party had little to do with other than just tap into the hate like sap flowing from a spout from a maple tree.

I've had Muslim cashiers who looked at my cross which has the star of David in the middle and their attitude changed from pleasant to quite quiet in an instant.

I've also had a lady tell me "I love your cross" recently. She may have been Jewish I dont know, but the star of David is impossible to miss.

People look for any reason to hate someone who is different. There are A-holes who are Atheists, Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist. No religion or people have a monopoly on A-holes.

I call out A-holes and support people searching for the light, rejecting those pursuing the darkness.

I don't disagree other than refusing to admit that the Jewish people have encountered as a group more targeted oppression than any other group.

I defy you to find an article like I posted above that show a similar group of people being targeted like this.

And as I have said, it matters little whether they are practicing Jews or irreligious.

Hitler certainly did not care if they took their culture and religion seriously.

All my life I've asked the question, 'what is this planets history of hatred of the jews all about'?...europe has been the singular greatest source of that hatred, they are the one group europeans do not even pretend to like...

What happened in nazi germany was easy to get away with because europe had no sympathy for jews, in fact europeans was/were so anxious to rid themselves of jews they gave them their own country and it fell to America both by honest compassion and default to make sure Israels fate/future was determined and much to the chagrin of todays europeans it has survived and thrived in a place where those who banished them to it felt was a death sentence and they are now lashing out along with quite a few of our faux/mock compassionate types.

Canadian authorities protect pedos and there is little to no public chastising.

You either defend your Constitution which would require you don't listen to the Creepy Ones in Canada, or, you are protecting abusers and diddlers.

Anyone speaking out against Jews should perhaps shift their focus to real abusers of power such as that found in Canada (and elsewhere).

But what drives this hate?

Any ideas?

The women in my area - I’m in a very liberal region - have been warned NOT to wear our Star of David in public. I have heeded that warning.

Because we dont believe in Jesus and know there is no original sin.

I think it’s a combination of jealousy and resentment. Despite millennia of oppression and persecution, Jews continue to succeed well above average. This leads to jealousy, for obvious reasons, but also to resentment that Jews prove that bigotry and racism does not cause failure.

That’s mostly from the far-right, fundamental Christians.

On the Left, they’re angry at us for showing that one cannot blame bigotry for failure to be successful.

Well every group of history has faced persecution at some point. Jews have also persecuted innocent people going back to the ancient era.

The truth of the matter is the holocaust I believe did occur. Let’s always remember though that Jews thrived in the Soviet Union, the United States and the British empire where something like 1 million Jews fought for the military of these countries. I’ve seen a documentary series on Russian Jews, veterans of World War II and in their own words say they felt that they were Soviet Patriots. I know some people like to try and shoot that down. I’ve seen enough evidence to prove otherwise. And I’m talking about Jews who continue to live in the Russian Federation after the end of the Soviet Union, they have absolutely no reason to lie as there are people in Russia today citizens of Russia who despise the times of Soviet Union. And they do it openly on camera. And I am no fan of communism. But I think that it’s an interesting sidenote.

As for the middle ages, there were numerous cases of Jews being kicked out of Catholic countries, for example. But there’s also proof that Jews also thrived in plenty of Islamic and Catholic kingdoms throughout history. Otherwise, there will be no European Jews today. Common sense would tell us there was probably an overreaction by the Catholic kingdoms to a few bad Jews as being responsible for widespread problems. I mean, there’s no doubt there’s been criminals in every group of people all throughout history that includes Jews in the European middle ages.

We can recognize that every group of people has faced persecution. I don’t know if Jews have faced the most. Perhaps the holocaust was the worst single event of racism ever. It was also done in an industrial age. But we have to be careful, especially those of us with European ancestors to not provide some kind of a blank criticism to all Europeans because of the fact that numerous times throughout European history, catholic kingdoms have discriminated against Jews as a whole. Because the fax is not all of them did that.

Ibn Jubair a Muslim scholar of the 12th century visited the Catholic Crusader kingdom of Jerusalem. Here’s a guy with absolutely no reason to lie. As there have been Muslim travelers who have written highly negative things about catholic kingdoms that they have traveled in. Not Jubair he said that in the crusader kingdom of Jerusalem, Muslims and Jews were treated very well.

Well don't come to Canada then I assure you. This country has promoted the hatred of America for decades and Jews are not well liked in major cities either so you would be even more hated than a libertarian like myself (we are high on the endangered species here also).

I was downtown Toronto last year and a guy with a Koran was yelling through a amped up mic and basically speaking ill about Judaism and the war in Israel. Outwardly talking about the murder of the IDF while adults, kids, old and young are walking by at yonge and Dundas right outside the Eaton Centre. I walk up another block and there is another such speaker, less abrasive but chanting prayers for Allah etc.

Now, I support free speech but to publicly promote the death of ANYONE, let alone soldiers in a friendly country is absurd. I suppose the argument could be made, "he didn't suggest the death of a particular person in Canada", but it's still strong language.

Meanwhile, I watched a video of a Christian street preacher talk about love and peace and some lady flashed him and his group with nudity by lifting up her shirt, braless, then laughing at them. It was all caught on video.

The police came by and threatened to arrest him as he was "disturbing the peace". This is a violation of his Charter of Rights but any Canadian with half a brain knows that this doesn't apply to anything the state doesn't deem "worthy".

Basically the West, outside of America who thankfully elected Trump to fix your illegal problem; has been importing cheap labour, forcing Canadians to train their cheap replacements and racing to the bottom to try and keep jobs from moving to China. Unlike the U.S, the rest of the West doesn't have advanced innovation, hard consumerism, entrepreneurialship and the like.

We are racing to the bottom and damn it America MUST NOT follow our path. Israel won't exist in 25 years if the West continues it's decline, heavily funded by China.

There have been many reasons given for hating the Jews, such as the Jews being the people who murdered Jesus and refused to repent and convert to Christianity. But as the Bible clearly states, Jesus laid down his life and as no man took it from him to refute that notion.

But today the Jew hate revolves around the Jewish state as they are accused of every crime known to humanity and the need to destroy the said Jewish state. But really, the hate started well before the Jewish state even was born with countries around it attempting to attack and snuff them out before they even had a country. These events had NOTHING to do with their belief about Jesus.

There always seems to be a reason for the same hatred of Jews, but were they the real reasons or just an excuse?

I have never heard any of that in Russia, but what I have heard is this.

The chaos following World War I and the Russian Revolution created opportunities for unprecedented violence against Jews. Between 1918 and 1921, various military factions killed between 30,000-70,000 Jews across Ukraine and Belarus. White Army forces, Ukrainian nationalists, and Polish troops attacked Jewish communities already suffering from war. The violence exceeded even the worst Tsarist-era pogroms in brutality and scale. These attacks devastated the vibrant Jewish culture of Eastern European shtetls.

Then again, if you knew that you were fighting a nation that was exterminating your own people, you might be enthusiastic to fight them. What I do know is that many people felt oppressed by Stalin and had Hitler come in as a liberator instead of a conqueror, he probably wins that conflict easily.

I also am aware of the severity that the Russian government persecuted anyone who practiced religion other than the Marxist cult.

Yes that is certainly accurate That many Jews were discriminated against in Tsarist Russia and by anti communist forces. I have no disagreement there.

The point is that the Soviet Union whatever faults it had and there were many ….opened up many opportunities for Soviet Jews that simply did not exist before.

Again i’m no fan of communism. It is simply true that in the Soviet Union Soviet Jews prospered and struggled just as Christians or Muslims did.

It’s also true that hundreds of thousands of Soviet Jews served the Soviet army in World War II including as general generals…. In their own words they were Patriots

This is one example of a number of video testimonials I have seen of Soviet Jewish ww2 veterans who enjoyed their time in the USSR and subsequently the Russian Federation.

Satan. It's that simple. It's also why Christians are so hated. Satan is at war with both

I think the issue is that anti-Jewish (I refuse to say "anti-Semitism") sentiment is baked into Christianity. The Jews, according to the Bible, killed Jesus. (I don't believe Jesus ever existed, but that's a completely different discussion). Much like new software deletes the previous version, Christianity has sought to delete Judaism.

Now, conversely, before the Zionists stole their favorite real estate, the Islamic world had been much more tolerant.

Other reasons are some of the corners Jews have painted themselves into. In the case of Spain, it was because the Jews supported the Caliphate when Spain was known as Andalusia. In the case of Russia, it was because they acted as the Tsar's tax collectors. In the case of Germany, it was because of the role of Jewish Revolutionaries in overthrowing the Kaiser and in the economic misery that followed. None of this justifies anything that was done to them, of course.

Now, all that said, people are tribal by nature, and we always have a fear of "the other". Donald Trump has ridden this to the White House twice!!! Conversely, the Jews have always sought to make themselves "the other", thinking of themselves as Jews first and (Spanish/German/Russian/American) second. This is a problem in a world that often equates religion and nationality.
