A Slow But Steady Genocide

The case is not closed you dimwit. You are in fact just plain stupid, or have a poor grasp of the English language, and some of your supporters are even dimmer. Had the drafters wanted to indicate that a separate state for the Jews was to be created, they would have stated it directly.

A "national home" in Palestine, does not mean a separate country or independent state for Jews. That would contravene what is stated in the same sentence: "it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine". Obviously, creating a separate state on land owned and inhabited by the " existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine" would "prejudice the civil and religious rights" of those communities.

Now, run along.

Do you mean like this which is the LoN mandated terms agreed with the arab muslims as the NATIONAL HOME FOR THE JEWS

images

This does not contravene anything as the Jews have stated legally that they were prepared to accept all non Jews as citizens of Israel with the same rights and liberties as Jews. It has not interfered with the civil and religious rights of any non Jews that took up the offer of citizenship.

By the way read the legend at the bottom of the map and see were it does state that this was to be the RECONSTITUTED NATIONAL HOME OF THE JEWS, which equates to it being a state or nation.

1. No, it does not equate to being a State or Nation. It clearly stated a National Home for Jews in Palestine.. Palestine was to be the state.

2. Taking land from the non-Jews and then to put the non-Jews under Jewish rule clearly contravened the condition that the the National Home for Jews could not prejudice "the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine". What are you, an idiot.

Were does it state in any legal document that the state was to be called Palestine and was to be the RECONSTITUTED NATIONAL HOME FOR THE JEWS.

The creation of the RECONSTITUTED NATIONAL HOME FOR THE JEWS did not prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non Jewish communities. In the declaration by the Jews on May 14 1948 distinctly stated that all non Jews who so wished could become full Israeli citizens.

THE STATE OF ISRAEL will be open to the immigration of Jews from all countries of their dispersion; will promote the development of the country for the benefit of all its inhabitants; will be based on the precepts of liberty, justice and peace taught by the Hebrew Prophets; will uphold the full social and political equality of all its citizens, without distinction of race, creed or sex; will guarantee full freedom of conscience, worship, education and culture; will safeguard the sanctity and inviolability of the shrines and Holy Places of all religions; and will dedicate itself to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.

THE STATE OF ISRAEL will be ready to cooperate with the organs and representatives of the United Nations in the implementation of the Resolution of the Assembly of November 29, 1947, and will take steps to bring about the Economic Union over the whole of Palestine.

In the midst of wanton aggression, we yet call upon the Arab inhabitants of the State of Israel to return to the ways of peace and play their part in the development of the State, with full and equal citizenship and due representation in its bodies and institutions -- provisional or permanent.

Now show were the majority of Palestinians owned land in Palestine, as in held title deeds. The fact is they refused to own any land as it meant paying taxes and getting called up for wars, so they never held title to the land they squatted on

You are quite dense. It has nothing to do with "owning land" Jews only owned a small percentage of the land assigned to them in the partition, no more than 10% max. The taking of part of Palestine and giving it to a small minority of Jews (at the time) and forcing the non-Jews to accept Jewish rule prejudiced the religious and civil rights of the non-Jews. Now, for your pea brain to understand better, imagine the scenario in the opposite manner. There, now you get it. Time to run along now.

Here we gp again. I would imagine that in most countries, the government owns most of the land like it does here, managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Like the poor, poor Arabs owned so much of the land and those evil., evil Jews took that land away from them. Most of them probably worked as tenant farmers for the rich Turks before the English took over the land after Wolrd War I. No doubt the Boiler Room gang has no problems when the Muslims confiscate the land of the Buddhists, the Hindus, and the Christians in the Muslim world.

I first read 'I might have humped a couple bars'

Man, you have no idea how much they play song in the local rock music radio station
Down here, the song is "Hold on Loosely", by 38 Special.
Down here in West by god Virginia, it's still "You're Cheatin' Heart', by Hank Williams. Since 1952.

HANK WILLIAMS LYRICS - Your Cheatin' Heart

Billy should enjoy this one. Meanwhile, I hope that since there have been several cases of whooping cough in his city, he gets inoculated. We don't want Billy to come down sick.

You always seem to miss the point. You just blabber nonsense that has nothing to do with the matter at hand.

The point I am making is that the taking of part of Palestine and giving it to a small minority of Jews (at the time) and forcing the non-Jews to accept Jewish rule prejudiced the religious and civil rights of the non-Jews. Which contravened the requirements of the mandate.

Now, you can say it doesn't matter because you support the Jews, but don't deny the facts.

I am willing to bet that you have no problem with your fellow Muslims taking over countries which were not Islamic in the first place. If you showed any concern for all the innocent people your brethren have killed and are still killing, you might have some creditibility. However, sincer you are only focused on israel when you have the opportunity on the USMB to talk about what is happening in the rest of the Middle East and yet your are silent tells an awful lot about you. Yeah, you can tell how these Muslims hate to see one inch of what they consider Muslim land governed by the Jews. That is why you see them running around the Internet all day and night demonizing Israel.

So you saw nothing wrong with giving 99% of the Ottoman land in the Middle East to Muslims, but a huge problem giving less than 1% to the Jews (AS PLANNED BY THE BRITISH AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY) to create a country in their holy land, on the ancient land of their ancestors? Hee hee hee. Typical Moooslem logic.

I am not only focused on Israel. I am active on US politics thread, Ukranian threads, Syrian Civil War threads, European Union threads, etc. Just not on USMB. A fellow poster pointed this thread out specifically because it was so odd and different from your typical I/P thread. I do find it odd, because of the disinformation that is bandied about so I do try to set the record straight with facts.

Back to the point. I don't care what Muslims may or may not have done in the past when it comes to the Christians and Muslims of Palestine. Just as I don't care what Catholics have done in the past when it comes to the Catholics of Northern Ireland. The former has nothing to do with the treachery (failure to abide by the Mandate Agreement) of the UN and the shabby treatment of the non-Jews of Palestine.

I also believe that Jews should have a place to live that will guarantee that never again will Jews have to suffer pogroms or discrimination because of their religion.

This is the position of most normal people. This thread seems to have attracted sociopaths and at least one psychopath.

Naturally it goes against the grain of the Muslims in the Boiler Room crowd that Israel should get even one-inch of land in the Middle East. That is why they don't waste their time on what is going on in the rest of the Middle East, but are just focused on Israel. If bombs were dropped by the Syrian Air Force today that killed thouands and thousands of innocent people, the Boiler Room gang wouldn't even blink.

All Muslim lands are stolen lands conquered by force whereby the indigenous populations were forced to convert, leave or be killed.

A practicing Roman Catholic would be concerned about what is happening to the Christians in the Muslim Middle East and the rest of the Muslim world such as in places like Pakistan where people are thrown into jail to rot for allegedly committing blasphemy.. Loads of them have been killed and continue to be killed while loads of them are constantly harassed and their churches burned down. Does anyone think that Haniya or that guy who popped up here under her screen name signed the Voice of the Martyrs' petition to get poor Asia Bibi out of prison where she is rotting away? The Christians are the most persecuted group in the Muslim Middle East, and the Boiler Room gang is focused on one spot in the Middle East governed by Jews.

Of course I am concerned wherever people of any faith are being persecuted for their faith. I shouldn't be, but I am particularly concerned about the persecution of Roman Catholics all over. On a Catholic board I participate in we are all concerned about the election in India in which it appears a Hindu nationalist will win and there is fear that the already aggressive Hindi nationalists will become even deadlier.

This happens to be a thread about Israel and the Palestinians, that's why I suspect, most of the posts are about Israel and the Palestinians.

I have no clue about the board politics and identities, and really don't care. I judge the posts at face value and respond when I feel i can contribute.

A Roman Catholic convert to Islam. How sad you truly are.

So to recap, no genocide, no ethnic cleansing, no Palestinian Passport pre 1948, no Arab Palestinian pre 1920, No country of Palestine ever in history. In other words, you're fulla shit, Mohomod.
