I've discovered that they usually don't bother reading what they're posting, even if it destroys there arguments. This is a common phenomenon.
The case is not closed you dimwit. You are in fact just plain stupid, or have a poor grasp of the English language, and some of your supporters are even dimmer. Had the drafters wanted to indicate that a separate state for the Jews was to be created, they would have stated it directly.
A "national home" in
Palestine, does not mean a separate country or independent state for Jews. That would contravene what is stated in the same sentence:
"it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine". Obviously, creating a separate state on land owned and inhabited by the " existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine" would "prejudice the civil and religious rights" of those communities.
