A Republican Senator Just Unapologetically Declared the U.S. a White Homeland

Found it. What a foghorn.

The Continental Army soldiers dying of frostbite at Valley Forge, the Pilgrims struggling to survive in the hard winter soil of Plymouth, the pioneers striking out from Missouri for the wild and dangerous frontier, the outnumbered Kentucky settlers repelling wave after wave of Indian war band attacks from behind their stockade walls—all of them would be astonished to hear that they were only fighting for a “proposition.”
They believed they were forging a nation—a homeland for themselves and their descendants. They fought, they bled, they struggled, they died for us. They built this country for us.
Because they were, and the fact this pisses off people like you only proves how noble a cause it was they fought for then as do we (not you) fight for now.

America, he says, isn’t an idea—and isn’t for everyone.

‘”What is an American?” This was the question Schmitt posed at the fifth annual National Conservatism Conference in Washington. His answer is that the nation is fundamentally not based on the idea of equality or freedom or any other ideal. Nor is it accessible to people of all races and religions. It is fundamentally, he told an assembled crowd, a white homeland.

The white Europeans who settled America and conquered the West “believed they were forging a nation—a homeland for themselves and their descendants,” he said. “They fought, they bled, they struggled, they died for us. They built this country for us. America, in all its glory, is their gift to us, handed down across the generations. It belongs to us. It’s our birthright, our heritage, our destiny. If America is everything and everyone, then it is nothing and no one at all. But we know that’s not true. America is not a ‘universal nation.’ ”

The implications of this vision are serious. This is a repudiation of our Constitution and the core of a national identity that includes all its citizens. It means that to be American is not about citizenship at all. “What is an American?” Schmitt asked. It is a white person. America is a white homeland that organically binds together white people of the past, present and future. And its policies must be guided for their benefit if they are to succeed.

“A strong, sovereign nation—not just an idea but a home, belonging to a people bound together by a common past and a shared destiny.”’

A sitting Republican senator just went full mask-off white nationalist.

And of course, the reprehensible right of USMB will rush to defend the indefensible with spin, deflections, and lies.
We would never defend your indefensible garbage facediaper.

What a ******* idiot. If you were a settler in the West, homesteading perhaps, and you were trying to squeeze out an existence in virgin ground, you didn't give a fat rat's ass rather that person helping you was black, brown, yellow, or ******* GREEN.
Agreed. However, what you DID care about was that those other people were willing to kill their own weight, believed in the same ideals and values that you did, and would be loyal to the community when push came to shove.

I was raised to believe that there was a shared set of values and ideals that the vast majority of the folks believed in from the early colonists, at least through the years just before the Civil War. Some of those ideas survived the war while others didn’t. What did survive was pretty much eradicated by FDR in the 1930s. Since then they’ve been pretty well crushed under foot by the populace.

And what they couldn’t kill via that wheelchair bound marxist war mongering degenerate, they are seeking to drowned out with countless millions of brainless idiots from the 3rd world.

This story is a lie. Schmitt never once used the word white or referred to race in any way in his 25 minute speech.
You racists construct a phony narrative around Schmitt's speech. You supply the words, then you run with that meme.
Why do you people lie? I guess you count on folks not listening to the speech. I did.

Jesus Christ, not you too. There's already a discussion on this and in that discussion, I pointed out that Schmitt never mentioned whites or race at all. I posted a link to the Youtube video to prove it if you care to have a look.

I not you didn't give the 'true version' as invited. Here is what the article categorised as 'white Europeans':
The Continental Army soldiers dying of frostbite at Valley Forge, the Pilgrims struggling to survive in the hard winter soil of Plymouth, the pioneers striking out from Missouri for the wild and dangerous frontier, the outnumbered Kentucky settlers repelling wave after wave of Indian war band attacks from behind their stockade walls
The question is, how many versions of history can you believe at once? Be that as it may, are you refuting the assertion those people 'made this country for us' ?
You hate the truth because it undermines egalitarianism.

He never said that. It's B.S. spin from some left wing blog site that calls itself "slate". It's not hard to find out that Slate unapologetically claimed that every employee is voting for Kamala and the prediction is that she will win.

15th post
That terms means nothing to anyone who matters, we get it you hate Whites, how sad and pathetic that you hate a group of people who literally gave you the modern world.
No, Son. I don't hate whites. I am white.

I just don't hate everyone else like you white supremacist nazi types do.

Yes, he obviously avoided saying "White" but not
Homeland:
noun

  1. a person's or a people's native land.
"I could finally go back to my homeland"
Just as obvious, a European's native land is their homeland somewhere back in Europe. Can't deal with the fact that the true Native Americans were here and well "settled" for tens of thousands of years? That we violently stole their land and forced them into ever smaller "reservations"? There's no pride to be earned in that.

Well they believe in “The Blank Slate”, lol

If you really believe this, then you need to sell all of your possessions. Give the money to the first American Indian family that you see and then go back but you don’t and that’s how I know it’s all just a virtue signal..

There’s a lot of pride to be earned from conquest, but you wouldn’t know because you never conquered anything.
