When any group of “Christians” engaged in any violent behaviors, throughout history (even if they laid claim to “justification” by citing their religious beliefs), they were actually behaving CONTRARY TO some very basic precepts of Christianity: “love thy neighbor” and “turn the other cheek.”

When radical Islamists have engaged in such violent behaviors, by contrast, they are COMPLYING WITH some basic precepts of their religion: “kill the infidels.”
