Republican Red Counties, (Chinese Reds or Albanian Reds, not entirely clear(?))--in Virginia--did turn out kept some county votes even with the Democrats. No one seems ready to comment on the other trend likely noted in Virginia. Democrats turned out in sufficient numbers to make the House of Delegates Blue. New York Times shows an 18 seat pick up, only an hour ago.

Young, College Educated Voters in Northern Virginia may be said an Obama Legacy. The rest of the Democratic Turnout is likely better said a new Empowerment of the largely disenfranchised vote created by Abraham Lincoln(?).
