The city of LA has clearly lost control of their city and the place has been taken over by a mob of foreigners and seditionists. Try to keep as many alive as possible to face charges of 15 years in jail, attempted murder, destruction of public property, and terrorist actions. Make every last one of them pay for every nickel they cost then put them on the rock pile for 30 years.
