No, that is not all they're doing. Ice is hanging out at immigration centers and when someone goes to report for their scheduled appointment whether to renew their green cards or an asylum hearing ICE is arresting them. ICE is not just doing this in Florida.

Exactly.
Trump promised he'd arrest/deport the criminals.
But like repealing Obamacare, it wasn't as easy as Trump thought it was.

So to get the numbers of deported up, the administration goes after low hanging fruit, and not the criminals.
