True. The CBO assumed 1.8% GDP growth, the actual should be closer to 3% GDP.
Not counting Fed interest rate cuts on "interest on the debt"
Not counting if the senate raises the top tax rate to 40% as Trump wants
Not counting any more DOGE spending cuts
Not counting if the Senate can cut any spending

Frankly the BBB is BS. If we're really going conservative get rid of Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and all entities and payments not related to the military, weights and measures, and I would add only federal agencies that are truely federal-FAA, a national weather service, a border control/immigration entity, and a national foreign intelligence service.

EVERYTHING else goes away. States can do what they want. individual citizens can save as they want.
