like the Situation we are facing now on extending these Trump tax cuts from 2017 that they did not make permanent at the time given....so that it would not show how much the tax cuts cost us on adding to the deficit the entire 10 yr budget.

That is a lie. The CBO just revised the BBB's deficit from $3.8T in 10-years to $2.7T due to tariffs. That was a SWAG that is still probably too low.

Things like the tip tax exemption and overtime tax exemption expires at the end of Trump's term.

Biden's last budget had a $1.7T DEFICIT a year, the BBB has about $270b unless the Fed's rate cuts allows the economy to grow more than 1.8% a year. A surplus for the BBB is achievable, especially if the Senate does a money saving tweek, like a 40% top rate, or spending cuts.

The House GOP's "One, Big, Beautiful Bill" includes a provision for a $4,000 tax deduction for seniors aged 65 and older. This deduction aims to partially address the issue of taxing Social Security benefits for seniors, though it does not fully eliminate the tax. The bill also includes other temporary tax cuts, like a $1,000 addition to the standard deduction and a $500 bonus to the child tax credit.

Half assed measure, I am going to claim my SS is a tip from the government. I am 64 it does nothing for me a does mostly all of the bill.

I just read a list of the cuts this morning and I didn't see the $4000 tax deduction in the list. Maybe taken out? Don't know.
