It's a little hard to understand why Lindsay was rebuked by a federal judge after being appointed by Trump.

We know that she was probably fully vetted by him:
"So, what do we know about Lindsay, my former lawyer? Should I appoint her to be a U.S. Attorney?
"Sir, yes sir, you should appoint her."

"OK, so let's vett her. Does she like me?
"Sir, yes sir. she likes you!"

"Has she ever said or posted anything bad about me?"
"Sir, no sir, she is a big Trump fan!

"Great! Is she attractive enough?
"Sir, yes sir, all that matters is what you think!"

"Good! Is she blonde?"
"Sir, yes sir, she is sorta blonde."

"Fantastic, so now that she is fully vetted, I will appoint her to the prestigious Trump position as United States Attorney, fully subservient to me!
"Sir, yes sir, Great Choice!

Bigly!!!

Definitely won't help her case during her disbarment hearings.
