Amid turnover in Harris' office, reports have swirled for months concerning her office environment.

An ex-Harris staffer told The Washington Post that the vice president is a highly-critical boss.

"With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism," the staffer said.

They were raised without it so any criticism however slight can be devastating to them.
