Global society should be ruled by a group of maleficent dictators, handing down iron-clad edicts, violations of which to be punished by public torture and death.

The next section will define some of my basic terms, delve further into the plans for an optimal society, and will set forth a brief introduction into plans to greatly reduce the world's population, starting will the elimination of fertility in women, to be replaced by asexual fertilization of only a very select group of females.

Faith: Religious faith is a harmful delusion and would be violently stamped out wherever it is found. Hopefully we would instill a faith-like devotion to the Government of the Superiors. This seems plausible given the typical brain chemistry (namely, the similarity to the feeling of romantic love) that occurs in the religious.

Nationalism: Ideally, all nations (defined as political boundaries) would be dissolved. In terms of personal devotion to the state, well, we'd certainly hope to foster that in any Inferior.

Enemies: The primary enemy of the average citizen would certainly be placed on the very same brutal ruling force that is greatly restricting their freedom! However, a massive military presence will be omnipresent throughout society to stamp out any hint of rebellion. Said military personnel will be heavily incentivized to carry out their duty. The particular incentives are universal; money, power, sex.

Well, you may be desirous of a Dictatorial Meritocracy but it certainly won't be Fascist one under those conditions. What you'll have is Rome, which did very well for a very long time, but it had both internal and external enemies. For glory there must be victory, and for that you need conflict. You might try reading up on Leo Strauss. He can guide you on the necessity of an enemy, and faith.
