Yes, and it is ubiquitous. That's the problem.

During the fifties and prevously, we could admit all kinds of immigrants into the country, and virtually all of them would try to be the best kinds of Americans, hard working, not bothering anyone, and abiding by the laws.

Somehow, for whatever reason, immigrants changed. Immigration policies should have changed to take the new violent breed of immigrants into account.

Instead, we did two things: Relaxed the vetting for legal immigrants, and allowed virtually unlimited illegal immigration.

The solution of forbidding Muslims to immigrate is unconstitutional and unworkable. So, it is time to stop illegal immigration and continue to keep the flow of illegals at the border to a minimum.
