Learn how the Supreme Court issues cert. in other words which cases they select to hear. Then take your talking point and think about it.

This ruling by the 9th Circuit Court will not be overturned, because the POTUS does not have the authority to limit immigration?

Why does Washington State get to decide Federal immigration policy. Can you cite the statute?

The 9th knows they will be overturned, they don't care. The game is to tie up cases for years until eventually the SCOTUS overturns them. But by then the left has passed some new unconstitutional law and the whole process begins again.

There is a bill in congress to break up the 9th, establish a new circuit court of appeals that takes over a bunch of the 9th's territory. That's freaking out the Dem's. Basically all the 9th would have left is CA, WA, OR, and HI.
