Okay, did you read the article.
Garcia-Morales told cops he believed the bus “was the devil or his enemy” when he was arrested two days after the attack at a homeless encampment in Palisades Park, NJ.
Garcia-Morales has been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, possession of a weapon, criminal trespassing, and criminal mischief in the rock attack. His lawyer, Heather Aguliar, said he suffers from mental illness. He has yet to file a formal plea.
In the mugshot photo after his arrest, Garcia-Morales is seen with mouth bizarrely open, flaunting a missing front tooth.
so, wow, a mentally ill person does something crazy. Because we don't adequately fund mental health treatment, even for citizens, much less immigrants.
Did you read the whole article, because it listed other crimes that should have resulted in his deportation.
If we're going to hold ICE/BP accountable for their action the same needs to be done for those who secure sanctuary for people who commit violent crimes.
