My dirt growns many types of foliage so it must be well off..Are yous happy, wealthy company operators always so bitter and unhappy? No wonder no grads will work for yous...I was self employed over thirty years because I didn't want to work for jerks after getting out of college.

True. However that doesn’t explain why I have to routinely train Electrical Engineers with Masters Degrees in Power Systems how to coordinate line fusing or why we have to Equalize load phasing in large residential developments.

So many of them seem to be book smart and life stupid. If they aren’t provided with the equation and shown exactly which variable goes where, they can’t figure anything out. Even when the equation is a basic part of their job.

I wish colleges did like the military and did both hands on a book learning. I did anti-armor missile systems and power generation equipment and I found it much better than book learning only schools...
