7 things about Ahmed Aubrey you don’t know…and one is that he was a convicted felon. Of course he was…..

finally, a usmbscumbag who has not followed the case has "done his own research", and solved this case.
No telling how many hours he spent on Facebook gathering all that information. We all know that if it's on Facebook, it has to be true. I think it's a law or something.

I haven’t followed this case but it is now at trial….and, of course, the guy who was shot is portrayed as an innocent jogger………but in fact, he apparently used “jogging” as a cover for casing homes he planned to burgle……and other facts we and the jury will not hear….

He was not "jogging". He was running.

There's no way in hell that Arbery's top notch football coach, or any coach worth their salt, would have trained him to jog for miles. Jogging is a transitory phase between running and walking and should be kept to a minimum because it's bad for your body. Jogging is a fad that people with OCD practiced in the 70s and 80s.

Arbery was not out for a jog. He was running. The video proves that.

That might sound important at your Klan meeting but here in the real world its just racist crap. Connect all of this with him being hunted down and shot by a lynch mob.

He was a convicted felon and you can do your racist jan brady all you want

“racism, racism, racism,” but no matter how you try to hide it, he was a
Violent convicted felon who used “jogging” repeatedly as a cover for his crimes

If that is the only reason, then why did you list all that other unrelated shit, unless you were just trying to imply he deserved to be killed anyway? Of course, you left out a lot of things that are very relevant. They chased him down with one man standing in the back of the truck with a gun. And then there is the video. It doesn't look too good for the vigilante murderers.

Should they have left it ti the police?, yes.

Did the press hide the truth about who this guy actually was? Yes.

Until this article at Legal Insurrection I had no idea the guy actually was a convicted felon with a 5 year sentence for carrying an illegal gun onto school grounds…and that he was high and violent…..

That would have changed the coverage if this guy since he actually is a criminal who used jogging as a cover for stealing…

Shitstain, Legal Insurrection is covering the entire trial you moron.

They did not know that at the time and had no right to confront him. None!

A Right? no. And it was dumb to do….. but again, he was an actual felon who robbed homes, so their instincts were right when they saw his behavior. They should have called the police.

But that doesnt excuse the press who hid his qctual criminal history……

What part of this thug bringing a gun to a school is beyond you guys? He should have been in prison, not running loose.

He was a black guy as well.

What does that have to do with his being a convicted felon? Or the press hiding his criminal background?

Did you get tired of screeching “racist, rascist, racist” yet?

None of those things had anything to do with him being chased down like an animal and murdered for no reason. Do you think some people deserve to be murdered?

Actually, the event is very well documented. The shots are heard on the 911 call.

The elder McMichael was standing in the bed of his son's truck on the phone with 911 when Arbery ran around the truck and was killed in an armed robbery attempt.

Arbery tried to steal a shotgun out of another person's hands, thus earning his Darwin award.

It's all documented.

He wasnt murdered….he attacked the guy with the shotgun and got shot……

And again……their instincts were
Correct…..he was casing the house as a convicted felon…..a violent felon on drugs

I, too, have not followed this case.

What little I have read is sympathetic toward the alleged victim.

I hope the three gentlemen get a fair trial.

But, of course, they won't.

Certain jurors will have made up their minds as soon as they are seated.

Other jurors will be afraid to even consider an acquittal.

Yes, those guys are toast.

This is 2021.

Whenever there is an unpleasant incident between ethnicity A and ethnicity B, it is always the former that is accused of being in the wrong.

6. ARBERY FREQUENTLY USED “JOGGING” AS A COVER TO FACILITATE/EXCUSE THEFT ACTIVITIES

On August 21, 2018 Arbery was observed, and body camera recorded, in a neighbor’s backyard looking into her car windows. When police approached Arbery afterwards to give him a trespass warning he falsely claimed that he had simply been “running in the street.” He then became aggressive and confrontational with the officers, threatening that he would “whip the officer’s ass” if they didn’t leave him alone. He was not arrested.

On October 23, 2018 Arbery was confronted trespassing inside a mobile home by local Deputies. Arbery fled when approached by police. When later caught, he falsely claimed that he “was just out running

1. ARBERY WAS A CONVICTED THIEF

As one example of Arbery’s theft activities, on February 6, 2018, Arbery entered a guilty plea to the offense of felony shoplifting, in connection with his attempt to shoplift a television from a Walmart. Police body camera video of Arbery’s arrest in this incident can be viewed here:

2. ARBERY WAS CONVICTED FELON, SENTENCED TO 5 YEARS FOR UNLAWFUL GUN POSSESSION AT A SCHOOL

In 2013 Arbery was found guilty of felony gun possession on school grounds, as well as three counts of felony obstruction of an officer for his violent non-compliance with arrest that resulted in injury to officers.

3. ARBERY WAS ON FELONY PROBATION ON THE DATE HE DIED

“Unexpectedly,” Arbery’s shoplifting conviction described above would result on the revocation of his probation for the gun conviction, also described above. Nevertheless, Arbery was back out on probation on February 23, 2020, the date on which he charged Travis McMichael and was shot dead in the physical struggle that followed.

The state has filed a motion in limine to prohibit the defense from presenting this evidence at trial, to which the defense has objected.

4. ARBERY WAS HIGH WHEN HE CHARGED TRAVIS MCMICHAEL AND FOUGHT FOR SHOTGUN

A comprehensive and powerful chemical test of Arbery’s blood conducted on July 14, 2020 found the presence of 3.2 ng/mL of THC—the active ingredient of marijuana—in Arbery’s system.

Interestingly, a less comprehensive and less powerful blood test conducted shortly after Arbery’s death had mistakenly come back negative for the presence of “drugs of abuse.”

The State intends to introduce this first blood test at trial, as evidence that Arbery was not intoxicated with drugs commonly associated with aggressive behavior at the time of his death.

7. ARBERY HAD REPEATEDLY CASED THE 220 SATILLA DRIVE PROPERTY FOR WEEKS PRIOR TO HIS DEATH

On October 25, 2019, surveillance video at 220 Satilla Drive captured Arbery at night and in the dark inside the property, presumably canvassing the property for valuables.

On November 18, 2019, surveillance video again captured Arbery at night and in the dark canvassing the 220 Satilla Drive property, presumably for the same unlawful purpose.

1. I'm a convicted felon.
2. Being a convicted felon doesn't make you guilty of anything.
3. He didn't deserve to die at the hands of vigilantes

Floyd caused his own death so no, this case is NOTHING like Floyd's. To imply it is, is as stupid as convicting this guy based on his past.

To be clear, Floyd got what he deserved. This guy was murdered.

In case it's slipped your mind, chauvin was convicted of murder for killing Floyd so you are wrong.
Secondly, why did he deserve it? He was cuffed lying face down and he deserved to die for it????
You're a racist old POS.

Yes the cop was a scapegoat for normal police procedures that are now deemed inappropriate.

And lol at me being a racist. One sure way to relegate yourself to obscurity is to talk out of your ass.
If I was a racist I wouldn't be defending this guy ya moron
