6 Dem congressmen/woman call for INSURRECTION against the trump administration

Troops in the cities under false premises.
So any private in the National Guard can refuse to be deployed and get away with it?

The odds are 10,000 to 1 that he will wind up in Leavenworth

You simply aren't listening. This insanity has gone on long enough. If any other president attempted to put troops in the cities they would have been removed from a office by Congress and the Supreme Court. But those are both compromised by trump already. I suppose when he seeks to end elections and stay in office you won't do anything about that either. This was a wake up call. Sounds like you need more.
Your are bone deep stupid.

Which prison is Obama in right now?

How about Tater? Where is he locked up?

How about these guys? Show us where they were locked up.

You haven't heard of the court cases against trump ? That's impossible , And you believe you know it all. You don't know jack shit if you can't see what's going on in plain sight.
Link them, stupid.

No , but the heads of those departments can refuse it is their duty to not obey illegal orders. The courts decide what is legal or not. Read the UCMJ. It's partof the path they took. Hegseth must not have taken that oath. To follow illegal orders one is subject to punishment. With trump it's all gone very dark.

The dem senators and congressmen did not warn privates against disobeying orders

I think one of the dem 6 should share a cell with every GI they gave bad advice to

Of course if they have a choice Senator Blowhard should try to bunk with a NG general because it may be more comfortable

The UCMJ is not bad advice. It and the Constitution are the cornerstones that it is based on. That's why they do not take an oath to the president.

Its terrible advice where obeying orders is concerned

No member of the military at any rank is qualified to guess what a courts marshal will decide after the fact

They might as well get a revolver and play Russian Roulette with live ammo

Try telling that to the military. Sorry , you are sadly mistaken. One of the reasons our military is one of the best in the world is because of their autonomy from tyrannical control of any individual citizen.

But libs proceed at their own risk

The pivotal act that consolidated the German people behind the NAZI government was the Night of Glass. ( Nov. 9-10 , 1938 ). Orchestrated by the nazis which used the Jews as their scapegosts. trump is a drama queen. Not to be outdone , he has got you fools hating all Democrats and this is simply another use of the scapegoat technique
Meanwhile he continues to prepare the great evil that is coming next. That's what you're ushering in. Suspicion and hatred. He knows how to fuel it. And there are plenty of fools to believe in his false flag operations.

The UCMJ does not differentiate between Privates and heads of departments when it comes to obeying orders.

The horrible advice that those congressfolk gave was clearly directed specifically at privates and spec four. Or maybe some dumb second lieutenant. Nobody else would be foolish enough to follow their advice.

I assure you those congressfolk are not gonna stand up when some service member takes their advice and winds up in Leavenworth.

Just like now, they won't point to a specific illegal order. When that happens, they will say, "oh no, that's not what we meant at all!"

Cowards.

Thanks for your opinion. Soldiers know the chain of command and at least good ones know it ends with the generals. Presidents are good and bad. Fortunately they come and go. In this s cas trump has long overstayed his welcome. It was a warning to the higher ups as far as I see it. Time will tell the whole story. trump isn't through with his sick drama.
