Even ASIDE from the Constitutional issues--which are huge--this would be a disaster logistically, economically, on every level. In my field, schools are closing because we are short-staffed and again going through the biggest Covid wave in the nation. We can't get substitute bus drivers, teachers, lunch aides, paras, etc. Now tell those people they either must be double vaccinated OR submit to weekly testing. RIGHT. Districts will have to close up shop. And there goes the entire local economy as parents have no one to watch their children as they attempt to work.
