Would a breach of that agreement have made us a foreign force occupier of a sovereign state that did not want us there.....Yes or No???

Would our troops in Iraq as uninvited occupiers have been the target of .....not only Iraqis....but all other neighboring countries? Yes or NO???

They are under legal authority. Iraq provided Diplomatic Letters which are recognized as legal agreements to treat all US Forces under the same diplomatic immunity as is given to Embassy personnel. If an individual is accused of committing a crime the only recourse Iraq would have would be to demand the individual leave the country. They are immune from prosecution.

it was an interim agreement, not a final status of forces agreement. We spent trillions in that country. They should pay for part of it and it shouldn't be handed over to Iran, as Iran was sent billions by Obama to accomplish that
