Twenty years ago, in 1998, according to Census Bureau data, only 36.9% of Americans under 18 lived in a household receiving means-tested government assistance

What are they including in their description of "welfare?" Those #'s are mighty high.

All the BOATS were rising during Clinton. It was a fact. AND WE WERE PAYING OFF THE DEBT RAPIDLY. AND WE WE HAD SURPLUSES IN THE TREASURY.

There is an age old saying....don't breed them if you cannot feed them

Pretty accurate

Other than 'immaculate conceptions', it takes 2 to 'breed' something you can or cannot afford to feed. So along with women who use their various forms of BC, men have to do their part to BE SURE. Those #'s aren't so good...

According to research, couples in serious relationships are only using condoms 14 percent of the time, as opposed to couples in casual relationships using them a little more than 33 percent of the time.

And CDC data backs the above up...

When you create government programs, people will use them.

When kids school breakfast and lunch, and now dinner, programs are created, people will use them, and if you try to end such progeams, the left will be quick to scream that you want to starve kids.

This is the danger with any government program, they'll all be used whether people really need them or not.

This is and always has been the plan of the left, enable people by giving them stuff, and you'll soon have them addicted and always coming back to you for more. It's how the left controls people.
