The AP later found that Greene’s arrest was among at least a dozen cases over the past decade in which state police troopers or their bosses ignored or concealed evidence of beatings of mostly Black men, deflected blame and impeded efforts to root out misconduct.

A dozen known cases. Who knows how many cases escaped exposure. People in this area probably had a valid reason to run from the cops. They knew that whatever was done to them the system would cover for the cops.

They all likely know someone beat and nothing was done about it.
