So ballots sent out were missing, as in not filled out and returned, or they were undeliverable by the postal service and return to the office that sent them. So that's 440,000 voters that either voted in person or didn't vote. Big deal. Most mail-in vote went to Biden as Trump wanted a big turnout on election day, so it would not change the state if those people had voted by mail.

15,000 of the 440,000 were undeliverable....the other 425,000 ballots are UNKNOWNS. HOw the fuck are they unknown...if like you said these people voted in person, then why doesn't the election commission know this? If they can't tell that voters voted by mail or not, then how many people voted in person and mail-in. There is no excuse for unknowns----either the people who had these mailed to them, voted by mail, voted in person, or didn't vote at all. THE COMMISSION SHOULD KNOW and if they don't, then the election like the AZ is INVALID>

They are numbered ballots with no record of being in the vote tally. This is not new information, and it did you no goo going over mail-in ballots not counted already.
