The administration is in the process of making the covid vaccine mandatory for all new LEGAL immigrants. Once that is done, he'll be able to mandate the vaccine for refugee seekers crossing our border.

As it stands, 70% of those refugee seekers are getting vaccinated and taking the covid shot offered without a mandate.
