Personally , I think you're full of shit - but in the unlikely event that you're not -i would ask if you bought them from a licensed dealer or did you buy them on the Black Market -careful how you answer that buddy boy , be very careful , because I will have no problem what soever reporting it - Don't assume your anonymous .

A South Carolina pawn shop owner who sells guns, guitars and an array of other items says that his bank forced him to close his accounts, and he thinks it is because of the weapons.

Morris Williams, who owns Inman Gun and Pawn, says he thought his relationship with SunTrust Bank was fine — “excellent” in fact.

“We have ample funds in the account to do anything we needed to do,” Williams told Fox Carolina, adding that he thought “everything was just wonderful.”

Williams, who opened up two checking accounts with SunTrust in 2006, was given little explanation for the bank’s sudden decision.

“The only thing that they will tell us is that we have been deemed a prohibited business type,” he told Fox Carolina, adding that he believes his shop was targeted by the federal government because he sells guns.

You must have missed my post....
In my state you can sell to anyone pretty much without question if it is a private sale. If you buy from a gun shop/show there is a background check and the gun shop/show keeps a record of all sales. The state keeps no records.
Anyone over 18 years old can easily buy and sell guns legally here without even a receipt if bought or sold privately.
I had ask previous if those guns were purchased privately? If so there are many times such as in the state of Oregon that you would never need a background check, file or fill out any paperwork what so ever.
A CCW licence will get you a background check. We have a high rate of CCW & also an open carry state. We have a very low violent crime rate. You would be wise to assume everyone you see everywhere you go and every home on the block is very well armed
