But it's not just him, i'm sure others will also be moving to disarm as many Vets as possible in the future. They're the only ones who could seriously mount an effective uprising. A well-armed experienced Veteran fighting force, wouldn't be so easily put down.

For soldiers still serving, it would be incredibly difficult for them to make the decision to support an uprising. Most would feel compelled to do what they're told, and put it down. It's just like in Nazi Germany, when most soldiers ignored the atrocities and 'followed orders.'

However, ex-military Veterans are a different story. That's why disarming Vets is of serious importance to Globalist Elites. It's not just Hussein. A well-armed Veteran fighting force would be a dangerous adversary. But would current soldiers be ok will killing their Vet brethren? I don't know. But i think we'll find out someday.
