I was going to say the same thing. Beat me to it.
Its addictive though. All that salt and sugar. Its like crack for kids..
I started eating muesli a few years ago. I started looking at the labels an I douldnt recognise half the ingredients in it.
I was shocked because it was marketted a a health product. Working people dont have the time to read labels. They shouldnt have to. the facts should be clear on the front of the box.

Processed is unhealthy, and ultra processed is worse. Worlds health index downgrades a country 's health level based on quantity of sugar consumed per person.

If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don't.

The sugar lobby killed a labelling bill a couple of years back. They cite freedom of choice which is a bullshit argument,. Its not free choice if you cant identify the ingredients,
It never used to bother me when I was younger but it does now.

I guess y'all don't have most of the toxic chemicals we put in our food.
Now, our food industries need changes. We are a nation that is more and more obese. If ingredients in our produced food is part of the reason, then changes are needed.
