For one thing, you have to have returned the census form. For another, you have to have proof of residency (legal residency) in your voting district. A few other things too. Things someone here illegally would be less than eager to do. Folks here illegally like to stay under the radar. Doesn't much matter in regards to the OP since the democrat party in MA hardly needs voter fraud. The majority of voters in MA are registered Independent but vote democrat every damn time.
