I notice a trend.

Leftist states:
California -4
New York -3
Illinois -2
Oregon -1
Minnesota -1
Rhode Island -1

Wow. That’s 12 electoral votes democrats may lose in their stronghold states.
That’s an automatic requirement to pick up Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, NC, or PA just to hold serve, and maintain Virginia

Meanwhile, Republican stronghold states gain 10.
Texas +4
Florida +3
Idaho +1
Utah +1
Tennessee +1

Proof that woke, leftist Democrat policies aren’t popular or good.

All that proves is that all of the lefties in Ca and NY are moving to places like Texas making them bluer.
Not necessarily… people leaving because taxes are too high from Democrats may not be likely to continue to vote Democrat. And it could be moderates and conservatives who just have had enough even though they loved their state

Perhaps, some of them, but from what I've heard, not everybody to be sure.

I actually have a bone to pick with Trump. I think he's making a very huge mistake in wanting to eliminate the 10K SALT deduction cap. That's been a driving force in getting the rich to move out of those high taxed deep blue states, along with a bunch of middle incomers as well.

It has more to do with thinking right and being bat shit crazy.

This ain't good news. California will remain blue. The red states that Californians move to are at risk of turning purple.

Remember 1984? What happened in 1992?

I think it's gonna get worse for states like Cali, MA, and NY, who's currently leadership as vowed to continue the Xiden/Harris policies.

Seems like a lot of trouble to go through to save a few bucks on state and local taxes.

It's quite a bit more than just a few bucks. In many cases in blue States property taxes exceed mortgage payments. That's ridiculous.
