Yeah...they do in around here by riding 6" from someone's bumper at 75MPH, with hi-beams and all spotlights blazing, phone glued to the ear or poking at the in-car data terminal...and half the time, with no seat belt. Every time I see that stunt (about once a week), I hope the dude does it to a guy in an old beater Suburban...and the guy brakes against the headrest and STANDS on his brakes with both feet!
