2 U.S. Aircraft Carriers have the coronavirus
One in Guam. The other in Yokosuka Japan. Roosevelt and the Reagan. The Roosevelt is testing every crewman and it will take 25 days. If we needed another lab experiment in a confined place with lots of people in the same airflow.....we just got it.
At the current pace, testing the entire crew could leave the carrier stuck in port for nearly a month.

- The US Navy is presently dealing with a serious coronavirus outbreak aboard a deployed US Navy aircraft carrier — USS Theodore Roosevelt.
- The ship is in port in Guam, and the Navy is working to test all 5,000 crew members.
- At the current pace of 200 tests per day, it would take 25 days to complete testing, acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly said Friday.
- Calling that time frame "unacceptable," the acting secretary said the Navy is bringing in additional capabilities to expedite the process.
Three cases were
reported aboard the TR on Tuesday. By Friday morning,
more than 30 sailors aboard the carrier had reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus,
according to Fox News.
The TR is one of two US carriers in the Pacific, the other being the USS Ronald Reagan, which is currently in port at Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. Fox News reported Friday that at least two cases have been reported aboard the Reagan.
