Okay, so in Connecticut where the state exchange did spectacularly that means that progressive politics there are brilliant and the people are thriving because of them...right?
A website's success or failure comes down to hiring the right contractors to do a good job, it has "extremely" little to do with politics, if anything at all.
What it means is that Connecticut basically got lucky.
Almost all of the failed money pit state exchanges are in progressive states. Minnesota, Vermont, Maryland, Oregon and Hawai'i being the prime examples.

Seems that progressives have a devil of a time getting the "right" central planners in place, no matter where you go.
