New video shows juveniles brutally attacking woman in Boston

The video shows a 20-year-old woman being beaten and kicked by a group of minors, one of them as young as 12 years old.

NewsCenter 5 has received video from a woman who was the victim of a violent assault in Downtown Crossing that led to the arrest of five minors.

According to a police report, the incident happened Monday near the intersection of Washington and Winter streets.

In the report, Boston police said they were already responding to an assault and battery at the Macy's in the area when they received reports of a huge fight with a group of about 20 teenagers in the street.

The video shared with NewsCenter 5 by the 20-year-old victim shows five juveniles beating her and kicking her while she is down on the ground. Boston police said one of the assailants is as young as 12 years old.

Investigators said the woman who was assaulted told them that she was targeted because of her hairstyle.

"That was baffling, honestly. It was incredible to see that because I've never seen any type of thing like that in my life, ever," said Julie Mendez, manager of the nearby City Smoke Shop.

Mendez said she ran outside in an attempt to help the victim.

"It was crazy," she said. "They were trying to take her bags, so I was trying to grab them so they wouldn't take her bags. It was just insane."

Monday's assault in Downtown Crossing is just one of several incidents to have happened in the area, according to the police report.

The report stated that last month, four juveniles assaulted an 81-year-old man at the McDonald's restaurant on Washington Street.

Police stated in the report that three young people recently shattered the storefront window at the Silvertone Bar & Grill when they tried to order alcohol and were denied service.

Ibrahim Ibrahim, owner of Black Seed Café & Grill, said his restaurant was also the scene of a fight.

"They're looking for trouble everywhere," Ibrahim said.

Other violent incidents have happened in downtown Boston over the past several days. Two men were shot in Chinatown early Sunday morning, while two women were stabbed in the Theater District early Wednesday morning.

"Any time there's an uptick in crime in the area, Boston police will respond with resources in that area," said Boston Police Deputy Superintendent James Miller.

Downtown business owners like Ibrahim hope that the increased police presence will make a difference.

"It is not safe. It's not clean. It's not good," Ibrahim said. "I hope someone can do something about it."

I'm never surprised when I hear about vicious black on white crimes, like the one described in the OP.

I was raised, and lived for too many decades, in a heavily black area.

I went to school with blacks, worked with them, and socialized with them. This included countless hours in nightclubs and after-hours clubs that were open all night.

There are quite a few decent black people, including professionals. But most non-blacks seem to have NO fucking clue about the HUGE number of blacks, of all ages, who are unbelievably stupid and incredibly violent. When their behavior is described as "savage," or, "animal-like" it is absolutely no exaggeration.

Some people will quickly call me racist for stating these truths out loud. But I don't give a fuck. I've known loads of these thugs, up close and personal, including a couple of, thankfully, imprisoned rapists.

When I hear bleeding hearted libs talk about blacks as if they're nothing more than harmless, domesticated little pets, I fucking cringe. Some of these dumb-asses will have a very rude, and brutal, awakening.

But, there IS one way to get this kind of criminal activity under control - including the brainless rioting, thievery, arson, and other out of control criminal acts.
