Shouldn't it be going up with guns being legal? I thought guns kill people? Clearly the rates should increase with legal gun ownership since liberals think guns are the problem.

Not sure, I didn't know they changed the legality of guns in Chicago.

Good their crime rate is dropping so much though.

Most are black when you get into the stats. Of course I don't expect you to think about things at a higher level.
