Face it, Obama refuses to fade into the background as other Presidents have done because he is only interested in preserving his Legacy and place in the history books...which will now be whittled down to a footnote.

Face it, Obama refuses to fade into the background as other Presidents have done because he is only interested in preserving his Legacy and place in the history books...which will now be whittled down to a footnote.

Historians will write his legacy long after we're gone.

Personally I think his will be a turning point. Not! After we see the utter failure of Trump and his attempt to shove his authoritarian agenda down the throats of the same Americans he convinced to vote for him with his bombastic lies, voters will banish the GOP for a few years until once again they forget.........

That would mean that Obama's Legacy is gone by then with nothing for those historians yet to come to see / draw from...leaving Obama, again, as a virtual footnote as he was reduced to before those new historians eventually get here?!
