They are escaping from their poorly run government, and are not going to go through the very govt they are trying to escape from, to apply for a Visa or Asylum.

the LAW states that they have a right to seek asylum, if they are escaping from a Country we do not share a border with, NO MATTER HOW THEY CROSS OUR BORDER.

Unless you have that changed, it is what it is... they have the right to seek asylum here, through our Immigration courts...

And we are giving all of them, even if crossed illegally, that CHANCE to seek Refugee Status....

This is why I think we are wasting so much money by restricting their entrance through our borders and forcing them in to very dangerous conditions, and putting our border patrol in very dangerous conditions.

We need to staff the heck out of custom officers at our borders, and staff the Immigration courts to high heaven, so that we can process them quickly, and send home the families that do not qualify as refugees, in tact, without stealing their kids, after they have their hearings and judicial determinations.

And at the same time, we need some serious diplomatic involvement by our State department to help these countries, that they are escaping from.... otherwise, their mass exodus will not stop.
