You make perfect sense. But it's all about politics. Obama & Democrats can't allow the Republicans to get any credit for creating jobs. It's all about 'Party before Country' now for so many in this country. The Democrats would rather pass on these jobs for Americans than see the Republicans get any credit. It is very sad but it is what it is.
I really like the idea they're public-sector jobs. Some just want to argue just to argue though. A Tax Cut and Many American Jobs? Sign me up.
