I have not trusted them in a few years, in fact, I trust neither party, I'm an "old right" Republican but voted 3p in 08, looks like I will this year and most likely in 2012.

I'm an adviser to a national not for profit and am helping them rework their existing portfolio and looking for new acquisition opportunities. One came up in Dayton at $6,500 a unit but 30% occupied and a very very very tough rental market.
Cumberland, Maryland. Just moved here 2 months ago. Wife took a job down here at the hospital. But lived in Pittsburgh from 1996, when I came to Pitt for college, till we moved. I love the burgh! -
