I'm sorry. It is so hard being a good teacher in a bad system, so perhaps it is for the best.
I went back and became Uni faculty to change the system where it starts......that is one honest and sane option.

it's one of the best moves I ever made. depending where you live and how solar friendly your state is, the payback can be very short. also as you mentioned orientation and unobstructed light are key. my 10k system is making about 12K a year becasue I have the right location
